Hope is often difficult to find when life gets confusing and messy. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe there is always hope. My desire is to journey with you to find clarity, confidence, understanding and peace in the process. Together we will explore your core values and beliefs, we will examine the places you feel stuck, and create goals to move forward with freedom. I offer a nonjudgemental environment that will nurture, challenge and empower you to deeper understanding of your foundational identity and your relational connections.
I received my Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University following a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology. I have received training in Internal Family Systems, Intimacy from the Inside Out (Internal Family Systems for couples), EMDR (Level One and Level Two), EFT couples therapy, PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator and a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator.
My training and therapeutic experience includes working with individuals, couples and families presenting with a variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, parent-child relational problems, partner conflict/communication problems, grief, academic/occupational problems, identity problems, trauma, and phase of life problems.
I welcome the opportunity to hold the hope for you in this season as you strive to be the individual, couple or family you want to be.
